I was hoping for some big "inches" losses, but that didn't happen either.
I lost 0.5 inches from each arm, 0.25 inches from my waist, 0.75 inches from my hips, and 0.25 inches from one ankle, but didn't lose anything in my bust, ribs, rear, thighs, knees, or calves.
I had only 2.25 total inches lost this week, but coupled with my 3 pound loss this week, the doc is convinced I that I have major menstrual bloating.
I only lost 3 pounds this week, but that's still almost 0.5 pounds per day.
I'm frustrated and emotional, but I haven't seriously considered eating the whole bag of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups in the pantry.
I most likely will not meet my goal of losing at least 40 pounds during this cycle, but I will meet the holidays with a healthier, happier outlook.
I'm not ready for a shopping spree yet, but I've been able to "shop" in my closet for some things that were too small a month ago.
I've spent more money on groceries this month by buying "health foods," but I haven't spent any money at restaurants this month.
I cleared eight boxes of "garbage" food from the pantry, but my refrigerator is brimming with good stuff.
My diet has been severely limited for the past four weeks, but soon I'll be able to expand my (and my family's) horizons.
I don't weigh less than my husband yet, but he sure is looking hot.
I don't understand exactly how this diet works, but I'm glad I took a chance on it.

Barely Missed It!
180.1
I had a good feeling I'd make it under 180 for the first time in years but I just barely missed it. Today I go to the doctor and I'm anticipating big losses in my ribs and waist, probably chest too. I have to admit that I'm really anxious to be done with phase 2. Not that I want to start eating everything I see or that I'm having cravings, I just want the final results. I just want to move to the next phase of my life!
