Surprise, Surprise!

Big loss, 1.5 pounds!  For lunch yesterday I ate the full meal (meat, tomato, apple) but last night I wasn't in the mood to eat THE WHOLE 250 CALORIES so I had some meat at that was it.  Might have snuck in a yogurt raisin from little boy but that's it.  Very happy with the loss, hope it at least stays steady for the next two weeks and just maybe I'll drop below 170 by the time this is all done.
