Down 24.9 pounds since I first weighed in and happily under 180!  I can round to 25 pounds, right?  Doctor visit went well, lost 3/4 of an inch in my ribs, same with hips.  Lost another 1.25 inches in the rear as well.  Arms, legs, and chest stayed the same.  Doc sound it's all muscle which I already knew!  Doc also recommended I begin anaerobic exercise now, said that it will continue to help with the weight loss over the next 2 weeks.

I definitely think I'm going to get down to the 175 now and I'm hoping for at least 172.  That would put me with in 7 pounds of where I had hoped I would end (165) and I can manage that.  As for exercising after this is all done I did find a book that I will have to review after I read it.  It's called Chi Running by Danny Dreyer and from the review I read on boingboing it might just be what I'm looking for.  Only once in my life I really enjoyed running and it was when I was in great shape and could zone out, this might help me get back to that point.  I'll probably pick up the book this week and I'll let you know what I think about it.
