Day 35: Feeling Deflated

Yep, I'm feeling deflated today, but don't worry...I'm not feeling sad.  What I mean is, my body has deflated from last week's bloat-a-rama.  I saw the doc this morning and learned that I've had my best week yet.  According to the doc's measurements, I was down 5.6 pounds (which is about my scale showed this week, too).  The difference in measurements this week was HUGE--remember I only lost 2.25 inches last week.  This week I lost:
ARMS: 0.5 inches each (2.5 inches each overall)
BUST: 2.0 inches (5 inches overall)
RIBS: 0.75 inches (3.5 inches overall)
WAIST: 2.0 inches (4.5 inches overall)
HIPS: no loss (4.0 inches overall)
REAR: 2.0 inches (4 inches overall)
THIGHS: 1.0 inches each (3 inches each overall)
KNEES: 0.5 inches in one (1 inch total for one knee and 2 inches total for the other)
CALVES: 0.5 inches in one (1.5 inches total for one calf and 0.5 inches total for the other)
ANKLE: 0.25 inches each (0.5 inches each overall)
-------------------------------------------------------
Total Inches Lost: 11.25 inches! (37.5 inches overall!!)

Did I mention that I was down 1.1 pounds this morning?  That puts my loss at 24.9 pounds (28.3 from my peak weight).  The 30 pound goal is looking reasonable again!  The doc even said I may lose more pounds (and likely more inches) during Phase 3.  She also calmed my fears about Phase 3 by telling me she's going to give us a lot of materials to guide us.  Whew!

More good news...doc cleared me to stop my blood pressure medication completely.  When I first saw her, my blood pressure was 132/80 with the medication.  Two weeks later (after a week of detox and a week of HCG), my blood pressure was down to 118/76, so we cut my dosage in half.  Now four weeks later, my blood pressure is 116/70, so I'm going to stop completely.  Only one medication left, and I'm working on that one, too.
